 This
suburb is close to the Dreamworld theme park. It is easily
accessed from the M1 Motorway making it a great location
if you work in Brisbane or south at Tweed Heads over the
border. This is the fastest growing area on the Gold Coast
and where people are choosing to live as land is in abundance,
unlike other areas of the Gold Coast. Local schools are
Coomera Anglican College (K-12 co-ed), St.Stephens College
(K-12 co-ed), Coomera Primary and Upper Coomera State
College (1-9) and a new Catholic school (3-8) near Coomera
Anglican College. Coomera is known as the marine precinct
of the Gold Coast. There is a train station off Foxwell
Road. A new Westfield shopping centre ws opened in September
2005 at Helensvale, only five minutes away and next to
the Helensvale station, so it is only one train stop away! |
