| This is a smaller suburb
where many properties are being purchased to renovate
for investment. It has a typical, relaxed holiday feel
about it, unlike many other areas of the Gold Coast. An
older Gold Coast suburb with many retired people living
there. The shopping centre consists of strip shops in
four streets where people are often seen chatting. Local
schools are Coombabah Primary and Secondary. There is
easy access to the Coomera River and Broadwater. Close
to the Runaway Bay Yacht Club. You access Sovereign Islands
from Paradise Point. |
